What are the warning signs of a heart attack?

What if your body was warning you about a heart attack, but you weren't paying attention? Unusual fatigue, unexplained shortness of breath, dizziness… Some signs can appear several days—or even weeks—before a cardiac event. Unfortunately, they are often mistaken for stress, fatigue, or a simple cold. Yet, recognizing them can make all the difference.

Without causing alarm , it's important to learn to listen to your body better, both for yourself and for your loved ones. Here are the main warning signs  to be aware of.

  1. Persistent and unusual fatigue

Do you feel exhausted as soon as you wake up? Or does a simple daily task seem insurmountable? This sudden and persistent fatigue could indicate a lack of oxygen due to less efficient blood circulation. This can occur when the heart struggles to pump blood properly, particularly due to a narrowing of the arteries. If this feeling lasts for several days,  it is recommended that you speak to your doctor.
